The Syrian Emergency Task Force has worked closely with caesar, family of the Spanish victim, Guernica 37 and Ambassador Stephen Rapp to bring justice to victims of torture in assad prisons. We are currently planning a caesar exhibit in Madrid as we continue to support efforts to appeal the Spanish case to a higher court.
